Here's the headline: both cameras use the exact same 40.2MP X-Trans CMOS 5 HR sensor and X-Processor 5. RAW files, dynamic range (~13–14 stops), and high-ISO performance are effectively identical. You will not see a difference in pure image quality.
Winner: Tie. Same sensor, same processor, same files. The difference is the body around it.

Winner: Depends on your style. The X-T5's three-dial layout and bigger EVF suit deliberate photographers; the X-T50's Film Simulation dial is the most fun, immediate control on either camera.
